- Using CrowDev Network services means accepting these Terms of Service.
- Purchase and use of bots or any service requires explicit Terms acceptance.
- Service access is allowed only after full acceptance of these Terms.
- CrowDev Network can update the Terms at any time.
- Changes will be communicated via official channels and customer email.
- Continuing to use services after changes means accepting the updated Terms.
- The customer must regularly check for Terms updates.
- Before each purchase, Terms acceptance may be requested again.
- Custom Discord bot development based on client requirements.
- Pre-configured bots with custom logo, name and banner.
- Monthly hosting for purchased bots with maintenance and monitoring.
- Dedicated technical support for assistance and issue resolution.
- Hosting keeps the bot online 24/7 on CrowDev Network servers.
- Hosting, maintenance and support payment is due on day 1 of each month.
- If unpaid, the bot remains active until day 15 of the month.
- From day 16 onward, the bot is deactivated until payment is received.
- Bot data is retained for 60 days after deactivation.
- After 60 days, data is permanently deleted and not recoverable.
- Service is reactivated within 24 hours of payment, with full restore if within 60 days.
- CrowDev Network provides technical support and service continuity.
- Temporary interruptions may occur for maintenance, updates or server issues.
- CrowDev Network is not liable for third-party outages or Discord API issues.
- Customers are informed about planned maintenance or relevant incidents.
- Payments must be made on agreed deadlines.
- The customer is responsible for content generated or managed through the bot.
- The customer must follow Discord Terms and Community Guidelines.
- Using the bot for spam, harassment, threats or illegal activity is forbidden.
- CrowDev Network may refuse requests not aligned with network principles.
- Terms violations may cause immediate suspension or termination without refund.
- Illegal activity can be reported to competent authorities.
- Bot source code remains exclusive property of CrowDev Network.
- Purchase grants usage rights, not ownership of source code.
- License is valid only for the agreed Discord server unless explicitly authorized.
- Copying, decompiling, editing or extracting source code is forbidden.
- Customer custom assets remain customer property.
- Resale or transfer to third parties without permission is forbidden.
- Violations can cause service termination and legal action.
- Payments for custom bots and hosting are generally non-refundable once active.
- If CrowDev Network rejects an order, the amount is fully refunded.
- If bugs are caused by network development errors, first month hosting is free.
- Hosting refunds are allowed only for on-time payment on day 1 and request by day 5.
- No refund for late payments or requests after day 5.
- Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days.
- Refund requests must be opened via official support ticket channel.
- Each refund request is evaluated case-by-case.
- Only required data is collected: user ID, server ID, email, payment data.
- Data is used only for service, support, official communications and billing.
- Data is never sold for commercial purposes.
- Data may be shared only for legal obligations or essential technical services.
- Personal data retention: service duration + up to 12 months after termination.
- Bot technical data retention: 60 days after deactivation.
- Security controls include firewalls, encryption and regular backups.
- Customers can request access, edit, deletion or portability of personal data.
- Customers must keep their Discord account secure and report unauthorized access.
- Privacy updates are communicated via official channels; continued use means acceptance.
